Dear Rainsoft,

I would like to let you know how pleased I am with my Rainsoft and Reverse Osmosis Water System. I have had pure water for over a year now and I don't think I could ever go back to drinking tap water. But it is much more than drinking great tasting, pure water that has impressed my family.

When I was thinking of purchasing my Rainsoft water purifier I started asking some of my friends what they thought. As it turned out, most of them already had Rainsoft in their homes. So I asked a friend if the water tasted better. She said, "Oh, it is so much more than good drinking water. It is all the conveniences that come with it." She said I would soon find out and she was correct.

I could not believe all the ways that Rainsoft made life easier. First of all, I did not have to deal with hard water spots on everything and my cleaning time has been greatly reduced (which is good because I am a busy person). I am saving the environment by using Rainsoft products and you use so much less of everything than before. So I am saving money and the environment and time all because of this product.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service from Rainsoft. Mr. Sam Gerhardt has been very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Service has been excellent and they have promptly responded when I needed replacement parts or had questions. Everything has been great from installation and beyond. Your company installed Air Master Ultra to the central air conditioning and heating system iof our home earlier this month. Less than a week after the installation I had an appointment with my doctor. He examined me for breathing difficulties asscociated with allergies and asthma. He has prescribed medications for this problem for several years, including Advair, Albuterol, Flonase and Singulair.

He expressed amazement at the improvements he found in my breathing. There was no wheezing, rattling in my chest or raspy throat. I told him of the air treatment system you have installed and he attributed my improvement to the change in air quality in my home.

On behalf of my children and myself we want to say THANK YOU. My children had allergies to soaps, detergents, and other skin problems. Two of them had dark spots on their arms and legs. Their dermatologist recommended different soaps, detergents and medication but to no avail did anything work for me.

Now that I have the water treatment system in my home, all my kids dark spots are gone but a few. I know my teenage daughter will not be ashamed of her legs and arms this summer and wear shorts, skirts and short sleeve shorts. My son has allergies to mold, dust mites and carpets he would sneeze about seven times in a row every morning when he woke up. I'm proud to say that the sneezing has stopped. Just this fall, we had an airmaster unit installed in our home. One of your employees, Mr. Steve Summers came and explained the system to us in October. We were so impressed with his presentation that we had one put in immediately. Already, we see a drastic improvement and I wanted to take time to write you a personal letter of our appreciation for this system.

In November of 2001, we built a new home on five acres on my home place farm that I had inherited from my parents. We built actually in the middle of a field. I suffer from chronic throat problems and have had allergies for years, so you can imagine how the new environment affected my health. I have taken medication for over thirty years... every pill from Allegra, Clariten, Zyrtec to numerous nose sprays like Nasonex. Rhinocort to Flonase, not to mention 2 to 3 allergy shots a week after being allergy tested. My three sons were all born prematurely and have also had allergy problems. After installing the Rainsoft system, our environment has changed beyond words. My chronic cough, the puffy dark circles under our eyes, the sneezing.... It has simply ceased!! I am no longer taking Claritin D on a daily basis! Our air even "feels" better. It is fresher, cleaner and is just so pleasant. I cannot thank you enough for how this system worked and has changed our household!! It has improved our health and has changed our lived forever!!!
